About the dragon breathing fire, isn't this underwater? So unless it happened when they were out of the water, that wouldn't work I don't think. Why would an underwater dragon even have fire? Or am I just hopelessly confused?

Honestly I'm not sure if it was just my screen but when the event was first started with the keep forest, squiddy (is that the name?) didn't have that worried look.. somehow it can also be interpreted as trying to hide your happiness.. hmm..

The fact that 'Who else had a key to the courtyard' is still in question on the pinboard is making me think. We're forgetting about shelly and her connections with Raire's hints... Could her boutique have originally been in the courtyard? Could she have gotten a key to help decorate in previous years?

I suspected them since the beginning as well. Just not as a pair at first.

i think it was this precious cutie.
after all, she did say she wanted decorations! what would stop her, being the seemingly spoiled brat that she is, from tearing down the decorations so she could please herself?

adding to my theory again.
seeing as it might be someone framing someone in the future, and it said nothing was stolen, maybe this was just an attempt and she was caught, but the person who saw her is just terrible at lying.

Now I'm starting to think it's a combo of Shelly and Penopea.
Penopea because tentacle marks and some squids are known for fast swimming that could be seen as a flash of red, especially since it was in the darkness and some pinks can be seen as red in the dark. It's also seen she had a key from what the pinboard said.
Shelly because we traded in shells and seaweed to help her make clothes... That could have been a lie. She could have gave those to Penopea. But where did she get the wood from?
