has anyone noticed the sparkles on this pet around / surrounding this pet's head?

they're white and very faint, you can't really see them with the whitesh color of the dec layout, but you can see the, if you check the archives like i did.

It depends how things go this year. Like someone mentioned previously, last year we were guaranteed to have rares+, but that may change this year. We'll find out as we get closer to the 18th.

I always like seeing the GUPPS. I was really hoping that the pink deer would get chosen. I'm glad it did.
It does make me wonder if any of the artists have ever considered doing a partial GUPPS--take an EPPS outcome and only make it grow up to the middle stage.
