I wish I could enjoy the fun backgrounds on mobile, it's all I use so I miss out on them unless I use the full site option which is difficult on mobile (old phone) 😭 I get the regular green year around 🤦‍♀️

I do love that you can switch the background at any time. I usually have it on business for my eyes and drawing less attention in public, but I do love switching it for Christmas and Halloween. I usually switch back when token hunting ends to avoid a surprise later.

I would appreciate it, when the game sets back to the choosen background before.
Players with business as main background get set back to business,
players with squiddy (like me :)) get back to squiddy,

i have mine on dark mode mostly because of the fact i get on a lot when my hubby is sleeping

Gave up trading. I just don't have it in me to try this year. I take what I've got...(my season was not spooky).

The rarities for the event are a perfect example : very few rares, and a lot more low rarities than usual, while the special outcomes are still as complicated to trade for as ever.

Even the monthly rarities these last few months remind me of the abundance of pets around 2016.

I think all but one monthly rarity update since the start of the year has had past pets going down in rarity instead of up too which piqued my interest; idk why so many new or returning players seem to be popping up but hey, it’s not necessarily a bad thing

ooh the rarities got added! I just looked and the one that shocked me the most was the skeleton fox. people overpaid for it and it turned out to only be common. I expected at least uncommon but nope!!

I love that the baterpillar ended up being only extremely uncommon ;P now those who were hoarding them hopefully won't expect overpay♡

I gotta say tho, the designs this year were all just MMMM♡ I'm having a hard time deciding which is my absolute favorite!
