it's been a really really really long time since I've been on during an event. Do the trade in outcomes change daily, or do they stay the same with just new shops opening? also I heard there is a small chance to get a pet in one of the banners. is that true?

The trade-ins stay the same for the entirety of the event, no worries! I don't believe any banner pets have been found for this event (yet?), no. (:

They’re found at Helio’s balloon stand! You’ll have to trade in tokens for them, though!

I think that just means you clicked on the banner more than once, and your token is in your items. Was your internet connection slow?

My internet is fine and my token count didn't increase either. The message you get for clicking on a banner twice is:

It’s the message you get when you tefresh the token page 🙂 you may have accidentally hit F5. With so many token types it’s likely you just didn’t notice that the count of one went up.
