Both of these were found in the sandcastle prize on Sandy Sandcastle's page. There are these as well as possibly others that I do not own. You can get them for trading in:
1x Conch shell
1x Scallop Shell
1x Sand dollar =)

You can also get this from trading in two seahorses at the ice cream shop. I don't think it matters what seahorses you use.

It would probably be a good idea to say where all the tokens come from. So far it seems that the seahorses, sea turtles, and hermit crabs come from the banner and that the shells, pearl items, and gold/silver items come from the treasure chest.
