I want to start a hoard but I love the tokens as items!??! Who else has this problem X3

I don't know, the sheer amount of people with exceptionally sized macaw hoards, we might be getting our first(?) token trade-in to be common.

I suspect they will be common - with some uncommons among them. I mean, I was only online for a couple of hours in the evenings, and didn't even reach the token limit, and I still managed to get 100 macaws - without trading - plus duplicates of most of the other pets. (I did get more through trades, but I got 100 with my own tokens). So if I'm a typical player - i.e. not someone who is able to sit online all day and get the max amount of tokens, and I can still get that many... yeah, I think they will probably be fairly common. We shall see.

So uhh...I get this now when I try to trade in for red Macaw eggs:



I'm pretty sure I've hit the invisible limit they have to place on token trade-ins. It's not the first time this has happened. In fact, I'm pretty sure this is at least the third time this has happened to us, where we've traded for enough tokens and hoarded something to the point that we hit the invisible limit they placed on the trade-in. I remember it happened to us with the dinosaur plush sets back in the Slumber Party event and it also happened to us with the first time they had the bunny bird things during an Easter event. Hopefully this can either be raised before the token trade-in ends or I can find someone trustworthy enough to do it for me. ;-;

In case anyone is curious, I just counted our 1 pet for 1 item trades with B. Boutique NPC and we've done exactly 200. We've definitely hit the limit. ;-;

Quite honestly, tons of people are going to be hoarding these guys. I myself have 133 extra total, composed of both litters. I thought I was going to be hoarding them, but now that my own excitement over them has died down I’ll proably be trading most of them away, honestly. Feathers are just so pretty, and the rainbow birds in particular are quite eye-catching. They’re one of the most popular pets I’ve seen on this website in my 8 years of playing.

uhhh, with my much weaker 4 years of playing I totally agree. the last time I saw demand like this was for the rare pps fennec fox in 2014, which made sense. never for a token pet

Is that it for the red egg litter, then? Does anyone have any still-growing chicks? Mine weren’t adopted at rollover, otherwise I’d look myself.

EDIT: yes they were, I’m dumb. I adopted way too many red-feather eggs, it seems. I thought I’d be hoarding them, but I suppose I let my excitement over FEATHERS get the better of me. Let’s hope there are some takers for the poor fellas.
