There's a pretty good chance it'll stay after the event, yes. When site themes were made for events in the past, they have stayed even after the event ended.

I got all of the glitchy pets from the NPC but in the archives, it says I don't have the guinea pig and the chameleon. Idk what to do, I'm assuming it's just a glitch ironically.

Check if the pet is still growing. If its the free glitchy pets they hall have fully grown and still growing version
