Not a day one day 2, there seemed to be a 50/50 chance to get them on day 1, who knows maybe more are available now for day two. But you can definitely still get those two families.

Random, but are there going to be new items each day that this event is around? If it goes on for a few weeks, that would mean a loooot of work for the staff... And a lot of new items. >.>

Love the guide and it already answered the question I had (thank god for getting the whole family after completing the quest, I was afraid that I would need several tons of the items in order to get them all individually, now I feel so relieved ). And I didn't realize that the free items changed each day, I would have missed a lot of great opportunities. Now I'll be sure to check back every day
