Is there a banner count or token limit this event or is that only for the Halloween event?

Is there any specific way to get the horse on the arcade game, or is it all chance? I haven't seen it once

I got it after I had already unlocked all the other characters. I also don't remember picking it up as an item during the game. I'm not 100% sure but from what I experience I'd say that you have to pick up at least one of every type of item in one round in order to unlock it. Hope that helps.

Like, including the pets? Because I have never seen all of the pets during a single round.

Nevermind, that's not it. I just had a round where I was playing with the Sunback, and I picked up grapes, bananas, apples, chicken smoothies, rainbow smoothies, black cat, squid, totoro, and avian, and I still don't have the horse. :(

Token trade-ins are always available for the whole event.

Summer events usually last around 10 days, we also usually have a few extra days after the end of the event where there are no new pets or items available, but we can continue to token hunt and do token trade-ins.

Is anyone else having times where the event banner just doesn’t show up for ages?

Like, after the twenty minutes is up I can spend 5-10 minutes refreshing or loading other pages before it decides to make an appearance again.

Same here. I've been rolling every 20 or so minutes for dozens of rolls for two hours now and there's been no banners
