The other 3 however, are a Brazilian rainbow boa, emerald tree boa, and Californian red sided garter snake!

The trade at the bushes just gives you other tokens. You trade in one machine part to get 3 random seeds/seedlings/fruit. Its for the people who have extra machine parts they don't need, they can get other tokens for them.
If you meant the one at the tree, that one gives you the red feather macaw eggs;

One piece of criticism for this event: Resort tokens are [removed] impossible to get and it's not fun that you need at least 9 of them to get every parrot BW when you can't even get 1

You can swap your other tokens for resort tokens
in the bungalow.
