Edit: It was the waterfin pups, had them in my hoard group.

When are the pets going to get their rarities?

Usually up to 1-3 months after the event finishes (:

Would anyone mind telling me which trade-in is for the royal family members please? And which is the whale foxes?

You can get the royal family from the top two trade-ins here (king and queen from the first, prince and princess from the second)

Is it happening when you try to trade in or just from viewing the page? You may want to try clearing your browser cache, that can solve a lot of odd problems.

when i try to trade... i gave my tokens there... evetything was okay... and after (cca 20th trade) i got this message (and still have it)

Did you try clearing your cache? You'll probably have to send in a help ticket for this since I imagine it's something only admins can help with D:
