I feel a little confused, I seem to have pulled a Nick Chicken from the final Extremely Rare/OMG So Rare box?

It appears to be from the 2017 New Years set, and all of the pets from that set have rarities of only common-extremely uncommon. Are there any other sets the egg lineart is used in that I'm missing, or is there just a chance to be superbly unlucky?
