i only see the angry green tailmouth in peoples petcollection it doesn´t show up when i try to trade for it. what do I do?

If they have it on a pet, it won't show up while trading - items on pets cannot be traded.

you can see how many of a particular item you own underneath the item on your item collection page :)

At Moment my halloween/?howmany=1 counter is at 225... does that mean when i arrive the 300, i cannot have more Tokens?! Since when is there a Limit?! Im here on cs since 2013... and in no one Event there was a Limit and i collected Tokens till the last Day of the Event...

Almost every token event we've held since 2009 (with the exception of, I [i]think(/i], the 2011 medieval faire) has had a limit of banners you can find^^ It does mean that once you've hit 300 banners, you cannot find any more.
Chances are if you've always been able to find banners until the end, you simply never reached the limit before. It's usually quite high, with final limits typically reaching 250-300 banners depending on the event.
