Welp. Seems our theories about the statue causing this mess were correct!!

Harringbone put the statue there as a surprise, Princess saw it in the night and defended herself (even if simply knocking past it, bumping into it, whatever) and ran back to bed, the statue was too close to the instruments and ended up tumbling onto and messing them up because of this.

That's my guess at least :P I'm sure this has already been said but I'm playing a quick game of catch up rn before the roll over.

Yeah, but it the photo it looked there was a lot less of the materials than in the statue. I don't know, but it just looked too deliberate.

he's in water, and as far as we can see it seems like open waters over the courtyard. He could have very easily floated up and around the gate

I doubt that's possible. Security would've been tighter. I think he may have found Shelly's lost key and used it.
Or the gate just never was properly locked in the first place.

Although... we saw Chef was in the courtyard around 3 AM... the noise occurred around 3-4AM according to the royals... what are we still missing?

There's no estimated time for when the princess may have run into the statue; she thought it was a dream, so she didn't have a reason to give a time

So the status might've lasted for like 2 hours, but no one was properly awake to see it lol
