I feel like Harringbone snuck in the statue as a surprise and then the princess sleepwalked and accidently bumped into it which caused the damage of the instrument
There were never any real suspects all along! It was just an accident!
Though uh... Harringbone's still gonna be arrested isn't he?

Hmm Well This is my theory(s)

Mr.H made a statue bringing it in the courtyard last night someone (hint maybe Wade stayed behind to let him in)let him in and he set it down leaving ,he didn't want people too know he did a nice thing and wanted to help out but he wants to know if people like it .One of the Chef's jellyfish wander in the court room .The princess walked in and the jelly fish made looked like an arm attacking her (it being dark and she being sleepy and hungry it was hard to tell)and she ran quickly knocking over the statue which broke into pieces on the stage destroying the instruments .That's what the stuff found around the stage was and Mr.H was unaware his master piece was destroyed the thing photo bombing the pet was his master piece.Overall it ends up being no one's fault and just a big mistake and the conductor hates Mr.H because he hates everyone and is rude.

Though, now Herringbone is a prime suspect. This doesn't look very good for him. Though, I hope this doesn't turn out to be an accident, I would have wasted a lot of time on this. Well, maybe not wasted. If it does end now, then it seems weird that the mystery only went on for two days.

It may have been his fault for the unsafe structure of the statue, but I'm positive he did not intend to have it break on the stage (He is super proud of it after all). It was probably knocked over by someone else.

Harringbone put the statue there as a surprise, Princess saw it in the night and defended herself (even if simply knocking past it, bumping into it, whatever) and ran back to bed, the statue was too close to the instruments and ended up tumbling onto and messing them up because of this.

That's my guess at least I'm sure this has already been said but I'm playing a quick game of catch up rn before the roll over.
