Isn't that one bird from the eggs full grown? I can't find it on the archives, but all the other pets from yesterday are there. So, I thought maybe it wasn't finished growing or something? I missed that outcome
, so I can't check.
Please do NOT send trades for my event tokens. I rarely trade tokens before I get all of the event items/pets that I want. When my tokens are for trade, I will put that in my trade posts on the trade threads. Thank you.

Mine says it is full grown. It might just take longer to be added to the archive as it is a new species.

It's full grown, I guess adding new species to the archives takes more time and coding than adding in pets of already established lines.

Ah, okay. Thanks. I was just a little confused lol. I wonder why the day 3 outcome grew before the day 1 outcome though.

These are three resort tokens. I can see I'm not the only one with a shortage of that token. Three resort tokens should be two pets, IMO.


Yes, but those are both mini games and they are supposed to be fun and are different from normal token pets - in general 3 tokens for 1 pet is normal. Be it Easter, Summer or Halloween event. ^^
Almost all other pets also cost 3 tokens.

Happens all the time with normal monthly pets too - not every litter grows "chronologically/in order". c:

Hm, I am on holiday at the moment and I have to say, this event is a bit stressful for me. I'm especially out of tokens, which is very hard. Plus there seem to be way more trade in tokens than in the last years.

So with the complaints about the Resort Chips vs other token trade ins, I thought i'd take a look at some numbers. Now this is only for pets so I didn't take trying to get items into account. From what I can tell the trade ins are actually pretty balanced right now.
If only going for pets and getting each outcome on the first try you would be spending:

29 Resort chips

72 Seeds, Seedlings, Fruit. I mixed them as they are usually traded in together. (approx 24 of each if separating)

11 Machine Parts

Now of course it's pretty implausible to get each outcome on the first try, especially with the resort chip games but as far as I can tell from both the discussion thread and the trade thread, no outcome appears to be more uncommon than any other. The only problem I can see is if a user chooses to not try trading or is hoarding a specific outcome.

However that number does bump up slightly with resort chips if including items, but not by much and trading is still a viable option.

I'm not judging or criticizing anyone, I just thought the stats would be interesting to look at.

Like everyone else, I do believe the resort chip trade-ins do need to take a break, so hopefully next rollover will require seeds, seedlings, and or fruit.

They always say they have pets done months in advance (Especially for events/new species I would imagine), I wonder why the coding wasn't done in advance?

You’re counting chance games incorrectly. Celozon’s data show there is a 1/3 and 1/2 chance of winning the race and golf respectively, so you need to triple and double the tokens there. People are not swapping the items for the pets from these games. Further, it’s pretty clear that at least the EPPS cat is rarer than littermates, while the trade-ins for seeds, fruits, and seedlings seem pretty even in rarity, meaning you need more chips to get all litter outcomes.
