It stinks that so many people are having trouble getting the chips. I have a job as well, and am usually away from home basically the whole day. But I've managed to keep up with the event and get all the tokens needed as it goes along. Including the chips. If I could just get a surplus of them (instead of basically just what I need) I wouldn't mind trading them with you guys for fruit or whatever. But it hasn't happened yet

*o* another week?! ay caramba, the resort chips are already being spent faster than they can be replaced.... at this rate i dont think the group can collectively handle even one more resort token exchange...

Same here - I am working and can't spend much time on here collecting tokens this year, and with so many different kinds of tokens there's a 1 in 27 chance of getting one of the resort chips. It's making collecting all the pets really hard for me.

I believe peeps have crunched some numbers, and if I've remembered correctly it's actually a one in three chance of getting resort chips c: Just to give you some hope!

iirc, it was more like 25%, and from a pretty limited sample size (altho i'm no statistician)...

I'm hoping for a Hyacinth macaw & Scarlet macaw just so I can name them after the Rio characters, lol.

Oh come on! Another day just for chip trade in. This is beyond annoying and frustrating, the staff knew there was going to be a massive need for chips, so why are there over 20 other tokens to find. I need 2 resort tokens and have over 90 other tokens, that is esentially useless as no one wants them, and won't trade them for chips. This event feels badly planned in that regard, also crunching numbers with a sample pool of about 10 is not going to give accurate stats if the general number of users are in the tens of thousands.
