I'm just really hoping the limit won't get raised again. Or pull that fast one where they raise it like 25 more the day before the event ends. I really dislike thinking I don't have to hunt and can relax the last day only to find I didn't achieve the final limit.

I'm very selfishly hoping it does get raised, just so i can have more things, but I totally get where you're coming from hah

When I first started playing, the point of hitting the limit for me was to have something to trade off for C$'s to buy older pets I was missing. Since my WL is basically like 10 pets now that is no longer an issue.

Now I strive to hit the limit because it's like a badge of honor or an achievement for me. Just like other users find joy in getting a complete set of event pets or to hoard a specific pet each event, I find joy in reaching something that was never actually supposed to be reached and was simply implemented as a fail safe to keep the game fair.

Humans are a funny species. We are naturally predisposed to collecting things, even if those things have no value. That's why games like Chicken smoothie exist.

I love birds in general, and I'm excited to see how they turn out. I've given up on the Duck Race (I won once), and now I'm pumping all my few tokens into the golf course.
