I still have a message at the bottom of my page telling me how long I have to wait until I can click another banner so I'd say based on that that the event isn't over yet. Sometimes it just takes a while to get candy. I've been there.

I'm not sure. I'm just hoping there will be a sure way to tell that it's over, like an announcement on the home page or the Halloween background going away. I haven't seen any banners yet today but I assume the event is still going on because no one has said it isn't. I hope I'm not wasting time looking for candy for nothing. I'm about to go calculate how close I am to the limit, just so I know.
