Is it just me or does everything seem like it's getting price gouged? It's like black Friday and everyone is clawing at each other for purple banner foxes, a PPS caterpillar, and a "baterpillar". They are only going to be rares at best and everyone is fighting over them. It's insane to watch from the sidelines.

Maybe the opposite of Black Friday because nothing is going for a sale price

Nah I agree though, the event swapping has been brutal. I think it always calms down once the event is over and people have a better idea of the actual rarity of things, rather than "I saw three other people need this thing I'm also missing, it has to be crazy rare!!"

For real though, I saw someone say they got three of the bat caterpillars so it's extremely unlikely they are any rarer than the others. But since people seem to have not gotten them in their set, they HAVE to be rarer.

No okay but you're so right, though. Everything is getting price hiked/gouged, and I've been seeing it happen consistently for the last few events. And it's not even always asking price, either. I've seen posts with someone straight up offering 10C$ for some pets within hours of the pet getting introduced. It's wild how much the demand gets driven up by people feeling needlessly desperate

this. it's basically fear mongering. like, it'll be fine.. 1. it's a game 2. there's probably 100s of people out there with doubles that don't want to fight the over inflation/dont know about the thread trade/dont have time to be on the trade thread.

I've had so many people offer me more than litterswaps for my doubles and I just change it back to simple swaps because.. no? don't over pay for something everyone will forget about in a month for the December event

i feel like the whole site is like this now. I came back after a few years and it feels like pay to play because of all the c$ shops and things. I feel like I have to jump on it together keep up. that's a terrible feeling.

I wish they'd take away c$ for pets or put out a limit because it's absolutely ridiculous and sad

The pets archive is updated - still waiting on the items but they should be up momentarily since the pets are updated
