As far as the pets they are offering, none of them are even close to the value of your pet. None of those pets are “lists” (I use this term loosely) or have any special demand. I’d reference this thread to see what kind of pets are worth 1 non:

If you want to trade your avocado for bulk rares, I would reference the “successful OMGSR and VR trade thread” to see what the avocado has been traded for in the past.

The second trade has a speckled rat in it, which is an OMGSR ex-list. It's a pup from Dec 18.

I wouldn't, especially being that you don’t know the rarity of the other pet. It would be different if you knew the exact rarity. That’s my take on the matter.
