hat /are/ banner dogs exactly, and how do you get them? :c

When you browse around the site you can find a banner (which looks like this) at the bottom of a page, every 20 minutes. When you click that banner you will get an item or a pet. The items can be traded in for other pets or items (here).
The pet that you can get is called the banner dog. :3
