They are referring to the a fox from the January 2010 litter, it is just a normal 2010 rare and trades as such! Though malk foxes are popular so some people may value them more highly, that is at personal discretion and does not signify a broader increased value above other normal 2010 rares.

the c$ for list pets trade looks very unfair to you. The pickle alone is generally valued around 2500, the cake dog is somewhere in the 400-600s, and the store pet is 400+

The store bwolf, it looks like the 275 is already a little more than usual since they're listed at 200-250, it's overpay.

The whitestorm cat, demand is high but the price seems to be split all kinds of ways between resources so I can't really tell if that's a fair offer.

A little overpay on their end, the camo dog and green star bobtail seem pretty 1 to 1 in values if you go by the guides, so the two rares are added on.

No idea what the grilled cheese is worth but the offer amounts to somewhere around 3000-3200c$ (I'm adding fast in my head so be sure to look it up for more exact numbers, UR Ice cat, Grey Dutch Bun, Lilac Dutch Bun), should is very subjective depending on what you intend going forward!

Top side is worth 22 old rares (2.2 MA)

The bunny is worth 20 old rares (2 MA). Bunnies tend to have low demand but there are a few people who like them.
According to what I know bwolves tend to have normal demand. So if you want demand bwolves tend to have a bit more demand than bunnies.

P.s. To be sensible (Cause I like bunnies) the bwolves are worth worth and therefore the top side is better
