There doesn't appear to be one as of yet. However, there could be one released later on in the event, we'll just have to see.

Sorry if someone has already asked, but is there a combination of resort chips that you have to enter in the clothing shop that will effect the color/set of tribe clothing you get?

No, there's been no new background released. Most events don't get new backgrounds - the only event that has had a brand new one is the Space Event from 2016. Last year's was just an updated version of an old April Fool's Day background, and the same ones are used every year for Halloween and the Christmas Advent.
I personally think the CS Green theme we already have goes well with the jungle theme, though! The classic Dull Green one also goes decently well.

There is currently nowhere to trade in the seedling items, but they are labeled as tokens, so it's a safe bet that there will be somewhere to trade them in later on.
