No it’s called a banner dog because you get it from the Halloween treat banners you have a chance to get a treat or a banner dog x

Sometimes the banner just takes a while to show up. Keep on looking, you'll find it eventually!

Why aren't the banners more frequent? It would make it easier for people to get the daily gifts and whatever else...

If the banners were more frequent, then more people would be able to redeem them for pets, lowering the rarity of them!

At the very bottom of your screen, a banner pops up! When you click on it, you can get candy (or even a pet) :3
You can click on the even to see what the banner looks like!

Edit: I forgot to add this, but keep in mind that it only SOMETIMES pop up so you'll need to keep an eye out for that! Afterwards it'll take a 20 minute cooldown before being able to attain another banner.
