I have reached my banner limit but I havent got a note page yet are they harder to get or something

Whoa wait, you already reached the new banner limit? They just increased it yesterday I thought? What is the limit then?
Any ways done with the questions, it is less common to get the page, if given a value like a pet I would say uncommon or rare, they did however make it so you can also get it from the crystal dig. So maybe you’ll have a chance there.

It can only be 250 if they really did reach the limit.
