seeking RP help of sorts..

So, I’m currently in the process of developing my own world for majorly roleplay purposes. However, its a bit bland. What are some suggestions of things I could add?

Currently, it is very diverse in species/race, along with locations. I have a few languages that exist in the world, along with minor monarchies. There is a type of universal currency of sorts.

Any suggestions would be great!
