Needing help with starting roleplays

So has it says: I need help with starting a roleplay. I want to start a RP about super heroes but I don't know were to start. I'm a beginner to RPs and was wondering if anyone could help with the plot and story. The plot is that the characters come to a school for people with powers so that they can control their powers. I wanted to add some secrets but I have no ideas. Any help is appreciated!
