I'm wanting to make a realistic furry roleplay based off of Disney's movie 'Zootopia'. I'm just not sure which genre it would be in.

I think this would be included in the Human/Humanoids Roleplay (fandom-based). Furry/anthropomorphic animals are technically humanoids (which are creatures with human features). Though they may be animals, they still talk and walk on two legs. So an example I'd use is Sonic characters; they're basically the same, and are still included in that forum. So there you go.

But if you mean "realistic" as in feral Zootopia characters, then that'd be the animal one (fandom-based).
