this is the thread for all those who are looking for help with their roleplaying!
it is co-owned by Horse and myself (vixen;)

the answer to that is: we are here to offer help, personalized help with fast responses. the role-play moderators do an outstanding job of answering all. but we are here if you simply wish to ask other role-players for their role-playing advice. we will be happy to help you with stuff along the lines of role-playing, including writing, forming plots, character development, and more!

Rules

1. When posting on this thread, be friendly. Be polite and friendly when asking for personalized help regarding your role-play posts, writing, or role-play itself. If you are offering advice, you must be considerate of others' feelings. You may give people helpful advice, but you must do so without calling one's writing or ideas "poor" or "bad". This thread is for offering advice, not calling one's work bad. However, if one asks for helpful, constructive criticism, you may offer them help if you do so in a considerate way. Rudeness will not be tolerated.

2. Do not spam. If you spam, this thread may be locked and we won't be able to help others with their role-playing questions!

3. Role-playing questions you ask or advice you seek must follow the rules of Chicken Smoothie. For example, you may not ask advice on role-playing themes or topics that are banned on Chicken Smoothie.

4. If you see a post that is inappropriate or rude, report the post to a moderator. We want this thread to remain to be an informative and friendly place for people to ask for and offer advice!

What this Thread is for

If you follow the above rules when posting, you may do the following on this thread;

- Ask for role-playing advice, whether it be regarding your writing, character development, plot development, or anything else that has to do with getting personalized role-play advice!

- Give advice to those who ask for advice!

What this Thread is not for

This thread is not for advertising your role-play, asking to join role-plays, or "interest-checking" your role-play idea. There are separate threads for that; go there to do so instead of posting here. This thread is specifically for asking for and offering role-playing advice.
