Creating your Character: tips and advice

That's right on. The key to finishing a book is to stay interested in your story. When you flesh out an idea for a book, it is recommended in many places that you leave the project for a couple days before starting work on the plot. If you aren't excited about the book when you get back, the concept needs some more work.

Oh, and Cyber, I think the people who posted on the front page might wanna convert their posts, so that all the info is on the front. :] Like, since I have the second post, I can take your second part, quote it, and put it in my post. Then you can change your second part into the third part and so on. It'll make it nicer for readers if it's all together. ^^

I'm wondering what people want added next. I have plenty of stuff to add, but I still would like to know what is needed most. Does anyone have some suggestions? If not, I will just continue to add stuff as I think of/write it.

what about having you charicter's persoality, history, ect. fit eachother? Or maybe put more ways to help figureout your charicter!
