personality:. rise is quite defiant, a trait that did not help her in the [insert location]. she is very bold, never shy of voicing her opinion on any matter. she is quite social, preferring to be around others rather than alone, but will suck it up and handle it.

about:. rise was born into a very poor, large family. they had enough to get by, but only just barely. because of such, rise felt her pride was more important than reality, and often ignored her family in public, denying she knew them. rise often dreamed of living in the palace. she was able to hide her shapeshifting powers until she was ten, when her eldest sister caught her in her lynx form in her shared bedroom. her family immediately kicked her out, and she wandered the streets until she was twelve, when she decided to wander into the [insert location; forest?]. there she found the rebel camp, and has now lived there for [insert long time].

nora is fun and spontaneous, liking to just "go with the flow" of life, as she often says. she dresses goth, but her personality doesn't match. she's not the least bit shy, and has plenty of friends. however, none of them know about her ability. she also has a habit of talking to anyone who will tolerate her.

nora is smart, but because she doesn't know how to control her ability, it's hard for her. school is mostly online nowadays, with teachers preferring projects and reports handed in online. so instead of struggling to control her ability while also writing an essay, nora uses physical books to study (which are often out-of-date), and writes things on paper (which takes longer). so nora doesn't get very good grades.
