i decided to redo this again because i am terrible

in regards to my roleplay plots:
you are welcome to use them. 1x1 plots do not need to be credited to me, but it would be
nice. if you are using one of my plots for a group roleplay, on cs or on any other site, i ask
that you credit me, pereyra, and include a link back to my cs profile. i also ask that my
plots are not used in any roleplay that excludes any race/religion/orientation. this goes for
plots that are completely mine, plots that are heavily inspired by mine, and plots that use
any sort of scoring system/xp system/battle system/etc that is mine.

in regards to my characters:
like my plots, you are welcome to use my characters both on and off cs. they must be
credited to me, pereyra, with a link back to my cs profile. most of my characters are
people of color, so i ask that they not be whitewashed. if they are a person of color, keep
them that way. this goes for both characters that are completely mine and characters that
draw heavy, noticeable inspiration from mine- i.e. a character with the same personality,
hobbies, interests, history, etc as one of mine, just with a different name.

tl;dr:
you can use my plots and my characters so long as you give me credit- which i define as
openly stating that the original concept belongs to me, pereyra, with a link back to my cs
profile.

i have had a lot of problems over my hiatus with people using my content and not crediting
me for it- both on cs and on similar websites. i am totally cool with you using my stuff, just
acknowledge that it was originally my stuff. thank you.
