History;; Scarlett grew up in the same town/city this roleplay takes place in. Her mother died a few days after she was born and she was raised by her father. He was very caring and he put all of her needs before his. Once Scarlett turned six, her dad started working full time. She stayed with her grandma, who lived in the country about fifteen minutes away. When Scarlett turned thirteen, her grandma died and Scarlett started staying home alone. This didn't bother her much, although she does miss her grandma terribly.
