Hi all, Scottie here. I like to RP; I find it to be a fun way to make friends, build characters and worlds, and improve my writing skills. That said, a lot of my RPs are inactive/dead right now, so I'm search of some fresh ones!

I am not limited, character-wise, to what you see here. However, they represent what areas I am comfortable RPing in (Anhrefn for dragons and sci-fi, Mac for dogs, Brandy for horses, etc.)

Now, a few words of caution. First, I want a partner who can give me at least two good sentences and will use proper grammar and spelling. A few mistakes are fine - I make them too - but too many and I get frustrated. Second, all my characters are straight.
That means I only do mxf what it comes to romance. I don't care where your character is oriented, but all mine are straight.

OK! We've gotten past the tough stuff. If you want to RP with me, please try and be active. I will strive to be so as well. I'm also looking to make friends out of this, so expect a lot of OOC chatter. But don't worry, I don't bite

Now for the fun stuff; things I want. I'm a sucker for sci-fi and modern-day fantasy (think Percy Jackson if you don't know what I mean). I also like realistic animal RPs, Marvel, war RPs, fluff, and Star Trek.

Backstory: Kodak was most likely kicked from her pack when the alpha decided she was unable to hunt. However, Kodak proved her pack wrong, as she taught herself to hunt and is doing quite well as of now. She lives somewhere in Washington state, perhaps by a human settlement, as it provides more opportunities to scavenge and explore.

Backstory: Bear was born to a mother without a territory. His mother was taken into a pack soon after he was weaned, leaving Bear to fend for himself. By tagging along with a young male looking for a territory, Bear learned to survive. However, when the male found some land, their friendship disintegrated, leaving Bear with a deep hatred of pack life. He is a loner today.
Relationships: none and wants none aside from an equal friendship.
Quirk/flaw/power: Has a scar over an eye from a deer hoof, rendering that eye half-blind and fuzzy-sighted

Backstory: Anhrefn was born deaf. Her family raised her as best it could, but in the end, she needed her ears. She sought out the last human colony on her planet when she was younger, and they were able to give her some hearing aids her size. She was shunned when she returned to her family for trying to change herself. She eventually went to earth for a better life and was taken in by DH
Relationships: Friends with DH and Reilly, crushing on Blaise
Quirk/flaw/power: is deaf, but this actually enhances her flight abilities. Reason is unknown. She has white cochlear implants
Other: She sometimes wears red tartan bracers on all four paws, as well as goggles with leather straps and a grey stone pendant.

Backstory: Anhrefn is a forbidden lovechild between a human settler and a pseudo-Windgon native. She was sent away to the Worlds Federation Spy Academy at an early age, but dropped out when she was about 20. She spent a couple years as a for-hire private eye before the WFS Meteorite scooped her up as their on-board techie and detective. She loves her job and her crewmates, but she'd never admit to that.

When his dad passed away from a stroke, Gavin ran the shop to support himself and his mother. It's a good business and he and his crew are always busy.
