Leia was born on an early summer's day in the gleaming
Crown City. The night time sky shone with the light of st
ars at the time of her birth and so her parents named her
for the shining star qualities. Shooting through her early
days her black hair lightened to a shade of chestnut. Th
e natural flowing fountain of hair was ever rich in its tex
ture and volume. Battles captivated the young Leia from
an early age. Whenever battle competitions were airing
on the tv she practically had her face glued to the screen
in awe. Another value of importance was nature. The pr
ominent role it played was greatly influenced by Crown
City itself, in which the city is said to be the perfect bal
ance between forest and city, where they coexist harmon
iously. Leia would spend hours wandering through the str
eets where plants grew tall and strong. Off in the distanc
e Mt. Coronet could been seen to the west, it was the tru
e display of power for Leia. Arriving in her late teenage
years, and in the transition period to young adult, she str
ives for greatness and to become on of the region's defen
ders. There is a true desire and passion for Pokémon blaz
ing through her veins. A reserved sense of silent beauty c
ourses through her and she aspires for it to been shown in
her battle style. Leia values the quest to earn all eight G
ym Badges for its own physical, mental, and the special
personal trails it provides. She is ready to prove herself
to the other trainers on their journey in the region's land.
Stormy weather is her favorite type, especially when it
snows, rains, hails, as well as thunder and lightning. She
views the natural landscape of the Sinnoh region to be
her true homeland with it's large forests, lakes, and the
magnificent Mt. Coronet. Leia has aspirations to become
the Champion of her region one day, but not just yet.
There is still plenty of time for her to train and prepare.

indenteA breeze carried the scent of the salty sea air over the sandy town. The bright yellow rays of the early sun dawned over the land as the world awoke. Leia was ready for the day's adventures. Her three Pokémon were too. She had only spent a few days with them since arriving in Sandgem Town, which was far from her hometown of Crown City which was on the complete other side of Mount Coronet. It was time for her and her best friend Jason to begin their Pokémon journey. Since arriving they had visited Professor Rowan at his laboratory and had the selection of three starters each out of over twenty. Before she settled on her beloved three Leia had considered choosing Treecko, Turtwig, Torchic, Chimchar, Fennekin, Litten, Squirtle, and Froakie- yet she was now unwavering in her decision of Snivy, Charmander, and Piplup. Her Pokémon quickly became her most prized possessions.

indenteAlong with the three starters the Professor also gifted a Pokédex to both her and Jason. They were the latest model and she picked one in her favorite color- purple. Two of Professor Rowan's young lab assistants were also embarking on their personal quests to fill the pages of the dex with entries of each and ever Pokémon in the region. It was surely a daunting task but so was her shared one with Jason to earn all eight badges of the Sinnoh League and challenge the Elite Four and Champion. Lucas and Dawn had their own starters and so did their old friend Barry. Barry was a speedy fellow who was constantly rushing around and threatening to fine people outrageous sums of money. Lucas had his team of Turtwig, Litten, and Froakie and he wanted to pursue the League Challenge too while also for filling his goal of completing the Pokédex and eventually becoming a Pokémon Professor. Dawn, on the other hand, wanted a more decorative lifestyle of attaining the status of Top Coordinator. She would be traveling with Chikorita, Fennekin, and Popplio to participate in Contests with the hopes of earning five Ribbons to compete in the Grand Festival. Barry took off so fast after he lost some local battles in Sandgem Town. Leia had battled against his team in her very first match and won against Bulbasaur, Chimchar, and Mudkip.


indenteSoon after she had received her starters and battled Barry and Lucas the youngsters and other novice trainers in the area began to challenge her to battles. Leia was proud to win them, she attributed most of it to her intense preparation. Not to mention her growing bond between her teammates. Once their affairs in Sandgem Town were taken care of they headed out for Route 202 which would lead them to Jubilife City. Lucas had mentioned to them that an upcoming Pokémon Battle Tournament was fast approaching- and it was in the form of a tag team. Leia was overjoyed to know that she was Jason could enter it as a duo together. Even though they didn't have any Gym Badges she felt confident in their abilities to give a good fight. The rewards were ever pleasing as well, each pair would win these items (one for each): a Berry Pot, seeds of various Berries, Poké Vitamins, Fishing Rod, Xtransceiver, and some cash prize money. Needless to say those were some very useful materials.

indenteNow, with their tournament in mind, they walked along Route 202. The path was a twisty one with several patches of tall grass and young trainers running about. There were even older folks were enjoyed picnics or walks with their loved ones. It was a relatively short route in comparison to some of the more daring ones in the region. But it was pleasing regardless. Leia even had the good fortune of coming across a wild Shinx, the small electric type burst out of the trees and flung her into battle. Snivy proved to be a suitable match for the Shinx and Leia soon caught it in on of her new Poké Balls. It was shaping up to be fantastic day after a couple battles with children. It seemed they would reach Jubilife City sometime in the mid-afternoon and the battle tournament would start in the late evening. Leia was eager to enter the big city and see the nightlife and be amazing with the forthcoming matches.

indente"We should enter the tournament as soon as possible upon reaching Jubilife City." Leia mentioned to Jason as they meandered over the well worn dirt path. She had her Piplup toddling beside them as they went. "I would hate for us to miss out just because we didn't get there in time. Who will you choose?" Leia asked him. Per the rules trainers could enter with two Pokémon each, making a team of four altogether. She was debating between her Snivy or Piplup to accompany her Charmander. Shinx would have to wait another day to make a fighting debut.

indenteIt was like Jason read her mind, "Yeah- I'll actually be going with Charmander and Piplup." Leia said to her small water type's joy. "Maybe on the first Gym battle or another tournament Shinx will make an appearance." The trees were starting to thin and Leia noticed that the soft pathway was soon to be interrupted with the edge of Jubilife City. Skyscrapers in the distance were standing tall against the rays of the afternoon sun. The shining city was the largest in the whole region, way bigger than their own personal Crown City. Not to mention it was the most modern and always full of people. The city of joy did not have its own Gym, but then again Leia thought it didn't really need one. Jubilife City had a Contest Hall and numerous other attractions. There was even a Trainer's School for those seeking a basis of education prior to starting their adventure or just for young kids to practice.

indenteUpon entering the city Leia began to notice the wide range of Pokémon. The run of the mill basics like Bidoof and Kricktot were fading into a larger pool. She saw one trainer with a Porygon and another on a stroll with their Houndoom. A young coordinator was carrying her Togepi and buying some seals for the upcoming contest. Due to the tournament and other festivities happening in the same week there were numerous street vendors and business was booming.

indenteTogether with their Pokémon they walked along the sidewalks towards the center of the city. That was were the stadium was for the evening's battle tournament. On various billboard screens atop building Leia saw the advertisement of the arena with the identical twin prize baskets waiting for their victors. Registration was set up in the main lobby of the stadium where any entry would simple insert their trainer card with their partner's. When it came time to select her Pokémon Leia picked Charmander and Piplup with assurance that they would give it their all in battle. She noticed that they registered with minimal time left before the first set of matches. After they submitted their cards the machine asked for their chosen Poké Balls to be placed on the tray to be scanned. The light turned green confirming that they were fit and healthy for battle. Right after the announcer sounded over the inner com asking for all participants to make their way to the floor of the arena to see the opening line up. This was when they would see the other trainers and find out the battling order.

indenteShe opted for no remarks on her behalf knowing that Jason would often get lost in his own thoughts and not respond to her own. Not to mention the other trainers were surrounding them as they walked through the tunnel with their Poké Balls at their side. Leia was excited to see all the other's partners and enjoy the art of battle. The roar of the audience was exhilarating as they all emerged from the narrow tunnel into the open arena. The stadium was able to incorporate three different battling fields- red, yellow, and blue. Three battles would be taking place at once as the competitors won and advanced on to the next stages. As the best moved on the fields would be changed to just one as the main focus.

indenteEach pair of trainer's names appeared on the huge television screen and with the sound of a buzzer they randomized to give the duo's their opponents. Leia spotted their names in the first block of battles, while they fought all of the other trainers not in the other two battles would be off to the sidelines watching. "You ready, Jason?" Leia asked, seeing as they were up to bat. The pair they were fighting against were two teenage boys younger than them.

Set in the Sinnoh Region with characters having up to ten Pokemon learning up to six moves. Characters may also select any three starters. Mine would be Snivy, Charmander, and Piplup.

LGBTQ+ characters are welcome. Romance is not my initial intent but I am fine for any f/f/f, f/f, f/m, f/f/m, f/m/m, etc. We do not have to incorporate romance though if desired it could be used lightly or heavily. Please have characters be around 18 years of age if we do.

I check CS daily for updates and private messages. I would like replies from all three parties to be once at week or more often if capable. Additionally, I to have school for a few more weeks before the summer holidays and understand if you have any sort of busy schedule.

indenteWhat time is is? Leia thought as the soft rays of the dawning sun seeped into the room. The Pokémon Center was gracious enough, like always, to lend a room to travelers without other accommodations. The room was simple and small, just enough space to fit a two beds and two desks. She peaked her eyes open and saw on the other bed were were sleeping teammates. I'm so proud of how well they battled. she thought reflecteding over their most excellent display of fighting fashion a few days prior. Together they had earned the Canalave City Gym Badge from the steel type Leader Byron. It had been a tough match due to the little experience Leia and her team had. The Mine Badge was hard won but they had learned in the process, not to mention the trainer battles before and after once the locals learned what she was doing there. Canalave City was a port city and had several docks and shipyards around its perimeter. Youngsters were running all around and were thrilled to challenge Leia and her Pokémon. Some of the older trainers didn't even bother with her until she had left the Gym with success.

indenteWith the sun's rising Leia rolled out of bed and began to change into her daily clothes. The night before once she had arrived at the Pokémon Center Leia showered and gave each of her team members a special treat. Now it was time for breakfast and she knew just the place to go. A little ways from the Center there was a café that served both humans and their Pokémon companions. Leia was hungry for some quality food and not to mention some coffee too.

indenteAfter the six of them had their fill of breakfast Leia recalled all, except for Riolu, to their Poké Balls. The fighting type was the newest addition to the team, they had only recently met in the last week on Iron Island while training for the steel type gym. Leia had been pushing through the mines and caves on the island when she met another trainer named Riley. He was impressed with her skills and dedication and asked if she would take the young Pokémon into her care for the journey. Leia was overjoyed! Such a wonderful Pokémon in every way... she trailed off as they walked through the busy city. Though, they're all brilliant- Snivy is ever-so graceful, Charmander is a force of nature, Piplup never fails to deliver, Shinx preforms with a fierce drive, and Riolu was just started to blossom. It wouldn't take forever for them all to bloom and truly thrive. she reminded herself. No trainer started with a full ten perfect team of fully evolved and powerful Pokémon, they had to work at it.

indenteThe Oreburgh City Gym was her next destination. Luckily it wasn't too far off from Canalave City and that may be due to the father and son running them. Roark used rock types and Leia felt confident in her team consisting of fighting, water, and grass types to get the job done. Charmander would have the hardest fight due to his type disadvantage. We'll stop along the way in Alamos Town- such a beautiful sight. Quite a lovely town too. she recalled from pictures or other images she had seen of it from the news and whatnot. Leia had dreamed of seeing the divine Space-Time Towers in person and now it would finally come into reality. I think there's a Contest there too, that'll draw attention of travelers- we'll get some great battles in before our next Gym! anticipation and a rush of glee coursed through her veins. Leia lived for battling and bonding with her team ever since she saw her first battle years ago. The wait to start her journey had let all those emotions simmer till now they were bubbling over in blissful ecstasy.

indenteDespite Route 203's close proximity to the jam packed city it retained its natural beauty and peace. A modest pond was a stone throw's distance from the path and patches of tall grass were everywhere. Leia mostly keep to the trail and let Riolu wander as he pleased. They didn't have an overly long hike before the grand mesa came into view. Leia was smitten instantly with the town, it shared many similarities to her home of Crown City. The enormous lake surrounded the town far below and several flying types were seen overhead soaring in the wind. The area around was fraught with trees and woodland realms and not to mention the apparent hills and other plateaus. A smile spread across her face as Leia stood basking in the sight. She glanced down at Riolu and saw that he was swimming in the view too.

indenteI want to see it all at once Leia thought, it was truly a grand sight to behold. One that she even found herself considering to live in after her journey in the far off future. The two of them walked on the bridge connecting the route to the town. Leia had heard someone mention something about a lush garden behind the towers and that it will filled with greenery and flowers- not to mention local Pokémon too. Following the central way into the town Leia walked with Riolu beside her as they made their way to the Space-Time Towers.
