How you became a guardian: Sera (nickname) had very abusive parents who apparently were "not informed of her meeting boys." So one night Sera was coming home from a coffee date when her parents attempted to shoot her so called "Secret Boyfriend." Being that this was her best friend they were trying to kill, she jumped in front of the bullet as the police arrived. Her personality and bullet jump secured her in her guardian spot.
