Alma is a skilled dancer with terrible social skills who desperately wants to have friends. She lived most of her life under her brothers' shadows and the control of her parents, now that she's free she just wants to live her best life yet never actually tries to do so. Si Heon Ae was born as the youngest child and second daughter of Si Hak Yeon and Moon Beo Deul. As the second daughter, Heon Ae knew from a young age that her life was pretty much forfeit and it was something her older sister constantly reminded her of. Her parents had thought she was going to be a boy and were both disappointed in her being a girl and terrified for her safety. Her parents and older brothers babied her out of guilt and she accepted it hesitantly, she had accepted that given the odds, she would likely never win and would die. Though she doesn't let it get to her as she displays a positive and sunshiney attitude while in private she grieving what could have been. Heon Ae is a very empathetic and emotional person though she tries her best to hide her emotions to avoid upsetting others, something she learned quickly as a child after crying to her parents that she was afraid of death. She tries her best to make others laugh and smiles as it makes her feel like she has managed to do something with her likely short life. Honey is highly affectionate and often touches people gently while speaking, avoiding doing so to those who are uncomfortable with it. A smile is almost always on her face apart from the few minutes she gets to be alone.

~heon ae means to "to display or offer grief and sorrow"
~her nickname, honey, was giving to her by her oldest brother because she was sweet and would stick to him as a toddler
~she is the youngest of four children
~she has two older brothers and one sister
~her eldest brother, Un Myeong, 8 years older than her
~her other older brother and sister, Gwang Jin and Hyo Jin are twins, therefore, ae both 6 years older than her
~her parents thought she was going to be and had to rush to find a different name, her name would have been Jun Woo
~owns a munchkin kitten named Heidi
~if she hadn't been the second daughter, she would have tried to become a concert pianist
~extremely close with her oldest brother though at times she was annoyed with how much he babied her

Heon Ae has lived a rather quiet existence despite her sunny disposition due to her circumstance of being the second daughter. She knows very well that the likelihood of her winning is low but acts as though she is not terrified of it in order to not burden the people around her. She attempts to make others laugh and smile as it makes her feel like she brought a little bit of happiness into the world.

Ravenspoint, a small town, isolated by dense forest on one side and
mountains on the other, with a population brimming just over 1200 and a long mysetious history.
A small portion of the community seems to never age and always seem to be exactly
where the trouble is. At times lights will seemingly
flicker on by themselves, streetlamps inexplicably exploding,
and townwide power outages, all originating from the edge of town. Then
there are the cases every few months of someone hiking in the forest, that
goes missing for a few days and suddenly popping up on the other side of town,
dazed and confused with no idea how long they had been gone.
There are some that have suspected aliens and others have put it
up to reckless teenage pranks, but it is far more magical.
In the town of Ravenspoint, lives a small coven of witches
and their familiars, who founded the town nearly two centuries ago.
Originally just a safe haven for witches until humans began flooding in
and with no real excuse to be made, they forced to let them stay.
Usually keeping to themselves, except for when a human
from town will come upon a witch doing a spell with
their familiar, causing the witches to take the human back
to the coven so, they can cast a memory spell. But in the modern age,
people are getting more suspicious and are no longer believing
the coven's carefully crafted lies.
