so here's a little thingy explaining stuff further so you know what to do during the roleplay;
The villains are a group, and act as a group, not as individuals like other villains do, they plan together and such as if they were a group of heroes. When the group of villains are acting out/ committing crimes, the heroes are always the first on the scene. This will be played out in arcs, like episodes in hero TV shows, where in each 'episode' the villains commit a crime, and the heroes try to stop it. I'm thinking this is going play out like a season in a show, where there's a huge master-plan the villains have, and the crimes they commit are all a part of it. Thought this whole thing the heroes are trying to figure out exactly what's going on and how to stop it. So heroes and villains will skirmish. Remember, the heroes won't always win and the villains wont always lose. Also, all of the villains and heroes identities are secret, only people who they trust know it. So there's the constant 'who's under that mask' thing going on, and hopefully that'll add to it. Another thing to keep in mind, they have day jobs, so they're not always out doing random stuff, being a villain or hero doesn't pay well. (also why everyone's identities are secret, so they can walk among the city folk).
