pelt/fur. Off-white with ashy grey and black markings and light dustings of cinnamon brown coloration. Particularly thick, though it thins out in the summer. She tries to keep it looking as neat and presentable as possible.

Maeryn grew up in a pack residing far, far away from the paradise-like lands of Valhalla. They were relatively small, and by no means prosperous or strong, but they could hold their own if it ever came down to it... for the most part. A small gang of bachelors invaded their territory one night, slaughtering every brute in the pack and taking the remaining fae's to start their own pack. Maeryn was pregnant with her first litter at the time. Upon her capture she was assured that the pups would be killed upon their birth. Sure enough, upon the day of their birth, all of the pup's were slaughtered... all but one. Maeryn hid the little pup, unable to bear losing all of her children. And it was on that same night that she took him with her and left that god-forsaken pack and fled to the mountains. She's left that life far behind her though, and started a new one with her son. Traveling for almost a year now, Maeryn has left a dark past behind her and hopes to bring a brighter future to her little Sheridan, hopefully within a new pack.
Due to her past, Maeryn is rather distrusting of her male counter-parts. She still holds a quiet fear for brutes and is particularly quiet and stand-offish around them. If Sheridan were to be involved, however, she grows rather protective and aggressive, not letting another male within a few feet of him. Regardless, Maeryn is a good judge of character and could likely learn to trust again over time, it'll probably just take her awhile. All fears aside, the fae is actually very observant and kind. She knows her manners and her place within a larger group of wolves and would likely adjust well to pack life once again.
