Observant, confident and mysterious, Jackie keeps a mental distance from most people. Not necessarily unfriendly, although she couldn't care less what is said about her. Born in Chongqing, China, Daiyu's father Daquan Li is a billionaire businessman, with being the founder and current CEO of one of the biggest music companies in the world. Having married her mother, Lili Chou at a young age after having met while both were starting out on their lifelong careers, her mother was an award winning singer, actress and Broadway performer who made a huge legacy in music history. However, after six years of marriage, complications and irreconcilable differences, they would get a divorce. Daquan won custody of their daughter, and at only four years old, was taken away from her China home and her mother to reside in Toronto, receiving her English name Jackie. Not even a year later, Lili was murdered, by who's known as an obsessive male stalker who she rejected. Despite this, Jackie entirely believes her father is responsible for her mother's death, but he's never around. So who's to know. So why is she at camp you ask? None other than going $500,000 over in the last two years attempting to piss off her dad, and it worked. Throwing a childish hissy fit and sending her here was the result.

Both of her parents were pixie fairies, resulting in her being a fairy as well. Learning to control her powers was one of the hardest trials, they would just randomly come out without her knowledge. One of the most notable is the unrealistic plant growth that started to take place. One of her father's friends caught sight, and sold her entire family out. Word got around in her mother's hometown real quick, and their careers were almost exposed. So they moved to North America to avoid it.
