-- grew up in poverty. a leaky roof, trashy place, it's something valentine is extr
emely embarrassed of. he refuses to let people come over to his house, and a b
ig reason he is a trainee is to try and become successful enough he can get hiss
mother a better home - a better place to stay in. his relationship with his moth
er ended up growing sour, however, after he told her his plans. she didn't believ
e in him, and thought that he should just get a normal job. broke val's heart, a
nd gave them another reason to this - to prove her wrong, and to help her out..
-- often embarrassed of their poverty, when they can't afford to go out with the
other trainees, they end up just training harder to try and debut faster, anythin
g to get this faster. anything for more freedom. -- bullheaded. often fighting fo
r his opinion, they don't like to back down a lot. val is extremely stubborn, and
doesn't like to show "weakness" by backing down. only time he has ever backed
down was to his father - which he is extremely ashamed of, and vowed he woul
dn't ever back down like that again. the only time he will ever is when he's pro
ven wrong, he won't fight when he's wrong. he feels it's dumb and embarrassing
-- quite possessive over things that are his. he doesn't like sharing, and he neve
r really has. the only time he isn't extremely possessive is with food, since he g
rew up sharing all the time. but with people and things he worked hard to achi
eve, he refuses to share, and often gets bitchy when he has to share or give up
something that was rightfully his. -- may seem physically weaker , but he actua
lly throws a mean punch? he's strong enough to take care of himself and others,
but he isn't extremely strong. nothing he can show off, but he's good on his own
-- specializes in dancing and composing. dancing is one of his strongest suits - h
e's extremely talented, and has intense control over his body. he always danced
as a child, and it developed beautifully. and a lot of the time val found comfort
in music when they were younger, listening to the lyrics and the beat when they
found themselves struggling or hurting. they learned to compose on their own,,,
making their own music and writing their own lyrics, which is another strong suit
of theirs. they're very talented >:) -- allergic to peanut butter sadly, learned it t
he hard way. -- an ass, to put it straight. when someone has wronged him,,,
he often finds himself wishing for their downfall, or laughing at them when it ha
ppens. especially when they hurt him a lot or messed with someone he cares for.
-- very openly affectionate. when he likes someone or loves someone, he's often
all over them. he won't hide his feelings, and he thinks its stupid to. he will resp
ect boundaries of course, but wont hide relationships/feelings for someone. so
he ends up also very open about his crushes on people. -- self destructive, often
self sabotaging, whether he means to or not. when something goes wrong, he te
nds to take it out on himself. whether it's ripping up his song book, punching a w
all, or just mentally destroying himself by bringing himself down. he's extremely
self destructive, and doesn't handle loss well. he's trying his best to be better, bu
t it's really hard for him. -- struggles with language arts, but excels in science....
-- doesn't get flustered easily, but when he does he doesn't know how to handle i
t? just because he's not really used to it, when he feels butterflies and his face t
urning red, he never knows how to respond or how to work his body. he's very un
experienced, and needs a lot of teaching in that area LOL. -- when he feels rom
antic feelings for someone, all he does is try to impress them. whether he tries t
o dance harder, show them his songs, whatever it is. he just wants to impress em
