Evelyn is a professor at Cedar Falls University, she
is an english literature teacher. She goes only by
her last name, Caleb, while at work so almost no-
one knows her first name, including her coworkers.
She takes her job very seriously and absolutely
prioritizes it over her personal life. She is a witch,
although due to the nature of the world cannot share
this with many people. She has a reputation at the
university for being unfriendly and unapproachable,
so she doesn't have much friends even among her
coworkers. The only person she is truly herself and
comfortable with is her soulmate, despite never
having met him in person.

Evelyn grew up with her grandma, Edith, due to the
loss of her parents at a young age. Her and Edith
were very close as she grew up, both of them being
witches. Evelyn focused more on her studies than
any sort of magic, though. She knew her father had
been an english literature professor so ever since
she was a child it was her goal to follow in his foot-
steps, hoping for some sort of connection. Because
of her focus, she was very antisocial and very rarely
able to make friends growing up. The only person she
came to be close to outside of her family was her
soulmate. She has little more than a few scars and
a name to go off of to find him, although she is so
dedicated to her work she doesn't try very hard to
find him. She writes to him via their connection often,
though has not shared her full name with him, only
going by Eve.
