Name: Bumblefoot
Age: 54 moons
Pronouns: He/him
Sex/Gender: Male
Rank: Tunneler
Clan: Hiveclan
Fur Color/Pattern: A bengal-like cat, golden brown color with darker brown leopard spots and white around his muzzle, and grey eyes
Personality: Bumblefoot is kind and patient, willing to put up with excitable young apprentices. Many apprentices and young warriors feel comfortable coming to him for advice, whether it is a first time mentor with a difficult apprentice or a relationship they need help with. He does not desire or expect any positions of power, he is happy being a regular warrior and serving his clan with his wisdom and skills. He is usually the voice of peaceful solutions, offering solutions that don't require violence, but he would never shy away from a fight if his clan leader ordered him to fight. He loves being in the tunnels and helping to make sure his clan is safe and warm during leaf-bare.
Disability/Scars (if any): He has a few scars on his nose and muzzle, and a large scar on his belly that can only be seen if he lies down.
Family: Flowertail (former mate, unknown whereabouts), Foxstrike (son), Glacierpaw (daughter, deceased), Featherpaw (daughter, deceased), Eaglescreech (Father, deceased), Honeycloud (Mother, deceased)
Background: Bumblekit was born into the clan. He was timid and shy, the youngest kit in the nursery. Even once the next litter of kits was born, it took him a while to want to play with any of them. Eventually he grew bolder, and once he was apprenticed, he blossomed. He worked hard to learn everything he could from his tunneling mentor, and he did well at everything he put his mind to. He got to work closely with Flowerpaw in the tunnels, training with her almost every day. He developed a puppy-love crush, and before he knew it he was head over paws in love, but he was afraid to confess his love to her. They continued to train side by side, and when it was almost time for Bumblepaw to become a warrior, he was injured in a vicious battle with a group of rogues. He had such a bad belly wound, the medicine cat was sure he would die, if not from blood loss then from infection. The leader decided that he had served his clan well and deserved his warrior name, so as he lay unconscious in the medicine den, he was named Bumblefoot, so Starclan would receive him as a warrior. Despite the odds and the medicine cat's grim prognosis, Bumblefoot grew stronger and began to heal. Surprising everyone, he made it through the worst and made a full, yet slow recovery. As he was healing in the medicine den, the newly named Flowertail stayed with him as much as she could, and eventually he confessed his love for her. When she reciprocated, they became mates, but they waited to have kits until they had both been warriors for a while. During this time, both his parents Eaglescreech and Honeycloud died, and he leaned into Flowertail to help him heal from his grief. Eventually they had a litter of three beautiful kits, Foxkit, a tom, and Featherkit and Glacierkit, she-kits. Bumblefoot was so grateful for his perfect family, and he became the best father he could be. The kits were adventurous, always getting into trouble despite his best attempts, so when they became apprentices, Bumblefoot was grateful they had mentors to keep an eye on them. But they still managed to get in trouble, and one fateful day, the trio decided to explore Twolegplace by themselves. Bumblefoot remembers that day as a blur. Foxpaw came running back to camp, battered, out of breath, and with a mangled tail. His heart dropped when Foxpaw said his sisters were still in Twolegplace, that they pushed him out of the way of a monster. Bumblefoot took off running as fast as he could to find them. He stumbled to a halt and almost wailed in despair when he saw the broken, bloody bodies of his two daughters on the side of the thunderpath. Glacierpaw and Featherpaw were dead! The family was broken... but Bumblefoot still had Flowertail and Foxpaw, and he leaned into them as they all shared their grief. Flowertail, however, was driven mad by her grief especially once her mother died, and she ran away from the clans. Bumblefoot tried to follow her to convince her to stay, but she left and he never found her. The two toms were left to grieve alone. Foxpaw became a powerful and wise warrior, Foxstrike, and Bumblefoot was proud, though sad as he thought of the other two apprentices who should have been receiving their warrior names alongside their brother. Now Bumblefoot dedicates his days to serving his clan, but he never forgets the three most important she-cats who were ever part of his life.
