ruby is somewhat of a new face around the bunker, a "newbie", i
f you will. the red-head has been residing in the secret place for a
few months, and has been feeling rather iffy. the fact that there's
a hidden location dedicated to sheltering power users like herself
is still surreal, and she cant help but wonder if the government wi
ll ever strike. but apparently the place hasn't had any issues for y
ears, so she'll just hope for the best. before her arrival, her life w
as rather ordinary. she was free to roam around much like any oth
er humans, which was all thanks to being a late bloomer. any sort
of supernatural abilities didn't come around until her late teens, o
r at least she took no notice to them. the revelation was unexpec
ted not only to her, but to her family as well. her parents grew fe
arful of her being in danger, or even worse, being a lab rat for the
government. somehow, her father managed to gain knowledge abo
ut the bunker and deemed that it would protect her from harm. h
er family reluctantly parted with her, entrusting her safety to the
so-called secret place. vii. essentially, she can control and manip
ulate the element light. temperatures & heat can be varied, being
able to burn others if touched and even temporarily blind them. t
he light can come in a nonphysical form or solid and can be used
offensively via light beams. her power is still rather unstable, so s
he has been constantly trying her best to gain firm control over it

myles has been around the bunker for a year and many months now,
very few away from marking two years since his arrival. way back b
efore he had moved into the secret place, he lived with his parents
and sister. they stayed in an urban area for quite a while, but as so
on as his powers sparked, they decided to moved to a rural place in
case something went haywire with his newfound abilities, and well,
they didn't want to face any difficulties with others. moving into th
e bunker wasn't exactly something decided by his family, it was all
him. they weren't on board with the whole idea of separating, but a
fter his endless convincing and claiming that it would be for the bet
ter, they came to a consensus. vii. in essence, he is able to create,
shape & manipulate forcefields. he can use them to act as a barrier
& objects that come into contact with it are unable to pass through
to reach to the other side, rendering them as ineffective since they
will just reflect back towards the sender. however they can be brok
en if enough impact is used, which can be quite a challenge. depen
ding on the size he decides to summon them in, he has the ability t
o make his forcefields as vast or as minimal as he wants. the bigge
r &longer he summons the creations, more energy will be consumed
