First Entry: A New Friend!

Hello Diary! I suppose this is my very first entry to you, huh? I can't wait to tell you all about my adventures!

I've gotten my very first pokemon, my starter! His name is Basil and he's a Bulbasaur. I do hope we can travel around together for a very long time.

I'm super happy that he agreed to come with me! Unfortunately, we had to leave without his family but Basil seemed okay with it. Even if he is okay with it, I'm still a bit hesitant to leave the town that I got him from since I don't want him to change his mind about coming with me and us being a very long ways away.

Maybe he'll change his mind. I don't want him to but I'll bring him back if he wishes it! Even if he doesn't, I'll make sure to visit the lab as often as possible!

Oh dear! It seems Basil is getting hungry! I best find somewhere that has food in the town so he can eat!
