Truth be told, Wil seems like a jerk. Her only concern is herself and the other lost kids. if she helps someone else, it's either by chance or because she thinks she'll gain something. Sympathy isn't her strong suit. She's been called a psychopath, but she can feel emotions, which is why she gets in trouble so often; she refuses to talk about her issues, leading to outbursts, or taking them out on someone or something. She's also rather sarcastic and has gotten in more than a few fights because she refused to keep her mouth shut. Her worst trait is her independence. No matter how bad a situation is, she won't accept help. She'll take the most direct option with other people's issues, showing a certain level of perceptiveness, but she isn't introspective, at all. Her solution to her issues is to run. Run from her heart, her past, whatever the issue, she won't fix it. On one hand, this means she can adapt to almost any situation but becomes adamant if she thinks it will invade her freedom. Despite her flaws, she's deathly loyal to anyone she cares about and would do anything for them. Her tendency to get into fights means she knows how to react in... less than favorable situations, making her quick-witted.
Born to a single mom in a poor part of the city, Wil had a pleasant childhood, even if the living conditions were poor. She was left to her own devices, due her mom being unable to afford a babysitter, and because she was home-schooled. In her spare time, she would explore the city, eventually getting to where she memorized where every winding street led, which helped her when her mother was killed in a car wreck. From then on, her life went into a downward spiral. She was sent to foster care, enrolled in public school, and soon discovered her powers. Her way of dealing with all of this was by lashing out. She never stayed in a foster home for more than a few months, always being sent to another because of her troublesome attitude. Then, a confrontation at the school she went to led to her revealing her power, so she fled. She scraped by on the streets for a couple of years, learning how to survive, to only trust herself, and how to avoid the cops. She was introduced to the lost kids when she tried to pickpocket, and then fight, one.

marley. her rebellious attitude puts her
and the others in danger, and her
pessimism annoys Wil. she often insults
