Ralph is quite shy and reserved when it comes to people and especially other dogs. Outside of his anxieties, he is led through life by hedonistic views. This hedonism means that he typically fails to see the point behind enduring unpleasantries, even at the expense of a reward. As a result, Ralph can come off as stubborn, or as humans report 'difficult to train'.

Once his trust is earned or otherwise granted, Ralph is an intensely affectionate and loyal dog- yet still, he retains his independence.

Physically, Ralph is a larger medium-sized dog, weighing in at around 45lbs when healthy. He's a fluffy blue merle shepherd mix with tan points, and can usually be found adorning a red bandana.

Quick. Agile. Determined. Hungry. These are just a few words that describe the dappled hound when he's doing what he does best- running. As a peasant's dog, his job is to bring home food, typically hare, though occasionally he may take larger game. He's a successful hunter, loved by his family, and loyal to them, but he longs for something more...

Avalon comes from a strong lineage of coursing Greyhounds, which he spent the first half of his life with- learning from and growing with them. He was deemed the least likely to succeed among his littermates, and as such, was given away as a gift to his current owners. Fortunately for his family, he has become a rather productive hunter.

Avalon has a strong desire for adventure, which he does find on his hunting trips, though he can't help but wonder what else there is outside of his simple life. He rarely sees other dogs, after all, they're a luxury for most to own, and he lives among the destitute. What will he discover in the vast canine world around him?
