What are some websites that you can use to make an image/gif larger, without much quality loss? I can only din places to make them smaller, not larger. Thanks for any help c:

i would suggest online image editor. please read the front before asking any questions though ^-^

Both of those cause it to glitch out really really bad.
@storm coming - that's why I asked for others. Because there's major quality loss/glitchy-ness on the ones I've tried (allof them on the front page plus like 20 others)

@Nicky Midnight, it may take a bit of retrying, but the outcomes can change over time. https://www.online-image-editor.com/ is another one that may help you, but that can take time as you may need to redo the resizing or overlaying multiple times to not have it glitch too much.

by fixing it, do you mean getting the text box below the gif?
that's simple. you just need to put the text underneath the image in the same left tag as the image.
also, to put the image on the side of it, you just need another left tag and place it on whatever side you want. i've placed it on the left for you.
the coding looks a little weird on my screen [x], but it might fit for you, depending on your computer & browser, so i won't mess with it.
