how do i format the whole top thing into the same size? i wish to make it very small. i mean, it looks alright in the preview; but when i click submit, the following happens:

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "top thing"- could you be a little more specific?
Do you mean the line with the ＩＷĀＳＨＩ's in the middle?

Are you trying to make the top part into one straight line? Like this?

When you say bottom line, do you mean right below the top line, or at the bottom of the entire form? Also, you mentioned the lines should be the same font size, about 85, but do you want them the same length as each other as well? C:
